The college advisors for The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences (TCCNHS) are Teresa Riestenberg and me. We will be the first advisors you meet when you come to our college. After meeting with us, you will be assigned a faculty advisor who will work even more closely with you as a coach, mentor and facilitator to support you in your collegiate endeavors at TCCNHS.
Students at TCCNHS have an active role in advising! As an adult learner and mentee, the student participates actively in setting goals, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, accepting shared responsibility for success and participating in the advising process.
The college itself has critical roles as manager of resources, evaluator of advising program and student’s progress and communicator of critical information regarding the curriculum.
